To apply for Accreditation with HVAC-DC and be listed on the Accredited Designer Registry please submit the following:

• Complete application form
• Proof of $2 million liability insurance ($1 million per claim)
• Certificate of Completion for Approved Training Courses outlined in the application form
• Membership with HVAC-DC
